Terms of Service

By creating an account, joining the pilot, or using Kirtgrid Projects, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to use it for that organisation.

Kirtgrid Projects helps users create and manage delivery artefacts including timelines, action logs, status reports, exports, and AI-assisted project outputs.

Features, limits, integrations, AI behaviour, data fields, exports, and availability may change as the product develops.

Pilot access is currently free unless Kirtgrid Projects agrees otherwise in writing. The pilot is provided for evaluation, feedback, and early product use. Access may be limited, changed, paused, or ended while the product is being developed.

Pilot pricing shown on the site describes the planned subscription model and does not start a paid subscription by itself.

You must:

• Provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• Keep login credentials secure and use appropriate access controls.
• Notify Kirtgrid Projects if you become aware of unauthorised account use.
• Ensure your organisation and users comply with these terms.

You retain responsibility for the project content, prompts, imports, reports, and other materials you submit or create through Kirtgrid Projects. You must have the rights and permissions needed to use that content in the service.

You grant Kirtgrid Projects permission to host, process, transmit, and display that content as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service and to produce the outputs you request.

AI-assisted outputs can be incomplete, incorrect, or unsuitable for a particular project. They are drafting and productivity aids, not a replacement for professional judgement, project governance, review, or approval.

You must review outputs before relying on them, exporting them, sending them to stakeholders, or using them in delivery decisions.

You must not:

• Use the service unlawfully or in a way that infringes another person's rights.
• Upload malware, attempt unauthorised access, probe security controls, or disrupt the service.
• Use the service to process information you are not authorised to provide.
• Bypass limits, interfere with other users, or misuse AI-assisted features.

If paid subscriptions are introduced, plan details, pricing, billing cycle, taxes, cancellation terms, and included support will be set out in the checkout flow, order form, invoice, or other written agreement that applies at that time.

Kirtgrid Projects aims to provide a useful and reliable service, but pilot access is provided without a service level commitment unless separately agreed in writing. Maintenance, provider outages, security work, or product changes may affect availability.

Kirtgrid Projects may suspend or end access where needed to protect the service, comply with law, address misuse, manage pilot availability, or enforce these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

To the extent permitted by law, Kirtgrid Projects is provided on an as-is and as-available basis during the pilot. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, Kirtgrid Projects is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of the service, AI outputs, exports, or project decisions made using them.

These terms may be updated as the pilot and product change. Continued use after updated terms take effect means the updated terms apply.

Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
